Simon Miller was born in Richmond County, Virginia in about 1710.
Simon Miller appears on the 1751, 1753, and 1754 rent rolls for Prince William County, Virginia. The 1751 rent roll places Simon Miller in Michaelmas Township of Prince William County, Virginia.
On 2 Nov 1754, Simon Miller and William Furr of Prince William County, Virginia were granted 502 acres of land on Goose Creek at Burgis's corner adjacent Charles Ewel, Charles Taylor ow Col. Turner in Prince William County, Virginia.
On 20 Jun 1757, Simon Miller of Prince William County, Virginia was granted 575 acres on Goose Creek adjacent to lands of Burgess, Cromwels Run, John Grant, Triplet, and Nichols in Prince William County and Fairfax County, Virginia.
On 13 Jul 1757, Simon Miller of Prince William County, Virginia was granted 249 acres adjacent Jacob Holtsclaw, George Roggers, John Cyns, ffishback in Prince William County, Virginia.
Simon Miller was living in Fauquier County, Virginia by 21 Apr 1763 when in the room of Simon Miller, Gerrard Banks was appointed Surveyor of the Road from the Point of the Fork to the new Frederickburgh Road. On 25 May 1766, Thomas Furr, Elizabeth Furr, his wife, and Simon Miller, planters, of Fauquier County, sold 150 acres of land on Goose Creek, between the lands of Thomas Furr and George Lamkin, in Fauquier County to George Lamkin for 30 current money of Virginia.
Simon Miller died in Fauquier County, Virginia before his will was filed on 26 Feb 1770.
The will of Simon Miller was proved on 26 Feb 1770 by witnesses James Craig and Thomas Mackie. Elias Edmonds was granted a certificate to procede with probate.
