Eli Emanuel of Burke county, Georgia, and as attorney in fact for John Emanuel, Lewis Emanuel, Thomas Blount, Francis Wells, and Benjamin Whitaker, heirs in law of David Emanuel late of Burke and for himslef. To Thomas F. Lovett, Jr., $287 and 287 and one-half acres of land, plat granted to David Emanuel and recorded on page 175, 12 Oct 1818, and actually in the book on 20 Jan 1820.

This deed represents further evidence that Eli Emanuel, John Emanuel, and Lewis Emanuel were all sons of David Emanuel, Jr.
