Amos Emanuel
On 6 Nov 1770, Amos Emanuel petitioned for 200 acres of land. Granted on 5 Jun 1771. In his 6 Nov 1770 petition for a 200 acre land grant, Amos Emanuel cited a wife and two children. The land he was granted on 5 Jun 1771 was adjacent on the west to John E. Boykin and Solomon/Samuel Boykin, and on the east, to land of his deceased brother John Emanuel.
On 6 Apr 1787, Amos Emanuel surveyed 150 acres of land in Burke County, Georgia (32). David Emanuel and William Lacice served as chain bearers. The Court of Justice issued Amos Emanuel a warrant to survey on 5 Mar 1780.
