Georgia Jones County | In the name of God Amen. I Mary H George of the County and State aforesaid being in advanced age & knowing the certainty of Death & the uncertainty of Life & being of sound mind & memory and deeming it right to dispose of all the property with which a kind providence has blessed me I therefore make & publish this my last will & testament in manner & form following
1 First I direct that after a decent burial of my body that all my just debts together with my funeral charges are paid out of my Estate by my Executor hereinof appointed
2 I give & bequeath to My Grand Daughter Ann B George four Negroes namely Bill, Margaret, & the child Josa
3 I give & bequeath all of my house hold & kitchen furniture to my grand daughters Sarah B. Taylor & Ann B. George to be equally between them divided
4 I also give & bequeath all the residue of my property to my son Mark George & the Children of My son James George to be equally distributed into these two shares
5 I hereby Constitute & appoint John Taylor of Mannue County Executor of this my last will and testment this the twentieth day of December one thousand eight hundred & fifty Eight
